従業員の方は皆さん本当に親切な方で良かったです！ ただ、シャンプー等が汚かったです。 土曜日の夜という事もあるのでしょうが、かなり酔っ払ってる方々がいらっしゃってまして皆さんなかなか自由奔放でしたので、たまに見回って注意された方が良いのでは？？と思いました。

サウナは100度超えの高温で、汗がドバドバ出て最高です。水風呂は天然地下水で気持ちが良いです。 カプセルは清潔で快適に過ごせます。 館内に食堂があり、居酒屋のようにメニューが豊富です。 マッサージが安い料金で利用できます。 スタッフさんが親切で、利用者の立場に立ったサービスが受けられます。

駅に近くて安い、スタッフの対応も良かったです。 ただカプセル個室に空調が無いため、この時期はかなり蒸し暑く、寝心地はあまり良くありませんでした。 それ以外は特に不満なしです。
