Great location 10 minute walk to the main road by the palace for food and drinks, room was lovely great value for money was cleaned well daily by the lovely family that owns the place. They even went the extra mile after our bus was cancelled and took us the the port of gilimanuk for our ferry taking 5 hours to get there lovely people very friendly would reccomend this place to anyone looking to stay in ubud. Many thanks guys have no complaints at all was fantastic.

Basic but no complaints!

Clean and comfy guesthouse with AC. I was impressed by the mattress. It was very comfortable for the price we payed. The breakfast is good too 🙂

It’s not about the property itself. But I would like to warn travelers that Ubud trafic is just crazy in August !! Be prepared to walk instead taking a taxi/Grab after 2/3pm until 10pm. Or plan your trips early on the morning like locals. We did it and it was great 👍

Noises from the street (cars and scooters) are there but acceptable. The host is so helpful and able to speak English so well, too. Tbe street is so convenient that we would be able to access a medical center, a supermarket, restaurants, a hair salon, fire dance, and Ubud Palace all within 2-10 mins walk. The hotel is full of good balinese atomosphere that you would have no regret choosing this location, espcially for family who wants to see fire dance at night but is afraid that it is going to be too late for young children, as the hotel is located within 2 min walk from the Ubud fire dance.

It would be nice if we could have coffee or tea in the room but we can always ask the owner to help, too.

I stayed for 3 nights and I really like it as I felt that I was staying in a Balinese temple. It is convenient because of the location, as you can walk to go to the city center and you don’t need to take a taxi. People in Pondok Bulan Mas are so friendly, kind and always down to help.
