One of the toilets was broken, a fan was broken and we weren’t left with anything to maintain the cleanliness of the home while we were there for two weeks. The location was great and it was a perfect size home for my family.
The property was so very dirty.The couch,the rug under the table,the coverings on the beds,mattress was stained awful. It had four tv,s and only one worked. The remotes had not batteries or had tape holding the bateries in.The floor in the kitchen was very sticky and had very worn towels. It was just so very dirty. The location was good and the set up for my family was good.It could be a very nive place if they would clean it up
Overall the place was clean. Some repairs needed for the bathroom shower bar and a bit more dirt and grime was around the master shower. The master bedroom closet door was off track so that was difficult to maneuver and the master bath toilet was not secure to the floor. For the most part it was clean and updated. The pool area was nice even though we didn’t have a chance to enjoy it. The place also had items we had left such as a stroller. Plenty of clean blankets and towels wrapped in plastic so they were fresh from the cleaners. The linens on the bed were a bit spotty though so we used the blankets to sleep on. There is a lot of room in this place to give everyone their own space. Overall this was a really nice place that I would stay at again.
