"Nice cabin with nice view."

Location, size of cabin, amenities and view.

Code provided did not work. Thankfully an attendant answered the phone & after trying 3 codes we got in. Upstairs got warm. Ended up moving to downstairs bedroom. Check out time of 10:00 was earlier than other accommodations we have stayed at.

"Very poor"

Sleeper sofa was broken and the fix a night later was an air mattress...not enough towels. Everything was rectified 2 days later. Cabin had a weird smell (sewer) that housekeeping had complained about and Jackson realty brought us a bottle of febreeze šŸ™„ Worst rental experience I have ever had Description said 3 beds but it was 2 beds and a sofa sleeper that was broken

"Too Hot ! Several people stopped to ask if they were the office"

It was small and no air in upstairs to hot to sleep upstairs had to go buy a fan Also 1 pod for dishwasher 1 trash bag 1 toliet paper Put in a air upstairs
