"The location was great , house was beautiful but needs to be fixed n cleaned . We ended up clean before our stay n again"

Location, amenities

Broken hot tub cover , broken threater chairs, broken floor tiles , deck was filthy dirty ,floor in bathroom were dirty , no box spring on downstairs bed, driveway is dangerous

"Very Good"

The cabin was beautiful and close to Dollywood, Splash Country, and the shops on the strip in Pigeon Forge.

After arriving when we went to go to bed we realized our sheets had not been changed because there was dirt on the sheets and they smelled like body odor plus the refrigerators neither one kept the food very cool like they should and we could not get the home theater system to work. Also, there were no trash bags or toilet paper or a basic set of pans for the kitchen.

"Worst stay ever!!!!"

I did not like anything about this stay. If we got to stay at the cabin with no problems then my answer would be different.

I like nothing because the first day, I was not given the right door code, had to wait outside 2 hours before I could get a hold of the office for a new code. The second day, a tree fell and we lose electric and no one told us and they ended up moving us to a two bedroom condo because that is all they had available which did not fit all my family members. We slept on the floor with sheets . And they did not give us the refund for our money like we expected for the cabin. Worst vacation ever with moving three houses for three days and that to we did not get a cabin to move into where we needed space and privacy for our family vacation . We got nothing but trouble out of this stay.
