Hyatt Regency Koh Samui

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Koh Samui was simply exceptional. What impressed me the most was the outstanding level of service. From check-in to departure, every member of the team demonstrated genuine hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. As a Hyatt loyal member, I was fortunate to receive a room upgrade, which made the experience even more memorable. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views. I would also like to recognize the excellent service provided both at the pool bar and by the front desk team. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. As a small suggestion, given the large number of international and Western guests, it could be beneficial to expand the Western breakfast selection slightly. The only minor observation relates to our experience at the beach restaurant. We arrived very close to the kitchen's closing time and sensed a bit of disorganization in service. However, this was clearly an isolated situation and did not diminish the overall experience in any way. I visited Koh Samui during a free day while attending an event in Bangkok, and the experience exceeded all expectations. In fact, after this stay, I am already certain that I will return, and very likely for a future vacation. A wonderful property, an outstanding team, and a truly memorable hospitality experience. Highly recommended.

מלון ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש! תמורה טובה למחיר. השירות יוצא מן הכלל, העובדים חושבים על הכל וניכר שבאמת חשוב להם כל אורח במלון. ארוחת בוקר הכי טובה בתאילנד, מגוונת וטעימה. גם הספא היה ברמה גבוהה

朝食ビュッフェは種類が多く、味も最高に美味しかったです。部屋は広く清潔でオシャレ、スタッフはとても親切で、おおむね満足しました。中心地からは遠く、静かに過ごせます。

立地は空港から近いのですが、ビーチは岩だらけで遊泳目的では使用不可。コンビニも遠く、レンタカーなどの足がない人は基本的にホテルステイがメインになるかと思います。また、家族連れが多いのでプールでまったり感はないです。カップル向けというより、完全にファミリー向けのホテルだと思いました。
