Very nice Breakfast spread Impeccable service from the staff. Good value for money

The overall amenities like pool and beach was amazing, top notch, just perfect. The staff also was very nice and polite.

The property lack basic necessities like fridge, oven, laundry machine.

The hotel was overall very nice – clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is also convenient. However, the main issue was the noise at night. You could clearly hear all the cars from outside, making it feel like you were sleeping on the street rather than inside a room. It was quite disturbing and made it difficult to rest properly. With better soundproofing, the experience would have been perfect.

I like that staff are friendly and nice

I dont like the fact that I requested for invoice from both Booking.com and Hyatt Regency Samui side but both parties do not take responsibility and ding dong the issue until now i still could not get hotel room invoice. Booking.com said that they do not have registered company in Thailand so they couldnt give invoice so asking Hyatt Regency to help but i still do not receive any response from both parties. It is really annoying because I went to stay during high season and the total cost is around 100,000 THB ++. Hotel and booing.com really disspointed me here.

המלון מהמם, הצוות, הבריכות וכמובן ארוחת הבוקר שיש בה הכל מהכל.

לקחנו שני חדרים משפחתיים מחוברים לחמישה מבוגרים, היו רק שתי מיטות זוגיות ומיטה מתקפלת שמאוד מאוד קשה היה לישון בה. אחרי הלילה הראשון ניסינו לחשוב על פתרון. הפתרון היה יותר טוב אבל עדיין קשוח. קצת חבל והורס לאחד את החוויה.
