The evening Registration person could not understand English. Even with Google Translate we had a difficult time. He didn’t offer to help us with the language barrier, but just stood there with a blank look. No explanation of services, breakfast hours or that we had to pre order for breakfast. The morning staff was better and tried their best to help us with breakfast.

The staff were helpful, friendly, the breakfast was a set menu, which worked ok for me. the room I had was quite large and nicely set up, the hotel is quite new, I had a complimentary coffee upon arrival.

To be totally honest I was more than happy with the service that I received.

ホテル内や室内はとても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。一点だけ残念だったのが、清掃スタッフがフロントで騒がしく立ち話しており、せっかくの雰囲気が台無しになりました。
