Spacious yet cozy! We loved that the loft had tons of things for the kids to do from pool to checkers to Fooseball.

The driveway was rather rough.

The cabin was very nice and well appointed. The cabin easily slept our group of eight. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen in which to prepare meals during our stay. Our family particularly enjoyed the hot tub and pool table.

The exterior of the property was very not well maintained. The lawn hadn't been mowed. There are at least two dead trees in the immediate are of the house. You almost need to be a mountain goat to travel up and down the steep driveway. While one of the sleeper sofas had an acceptable mattress, the second sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable.

I loved the response of the managers when a problem arose. The hot tub was not working when we arrived, however they came out the next day to repair it. The location was beautiful and the yard with the fire pit made it spectacular.

I would have liked at least salt and pepper in the house. and a few more cleaning towels. OH, and a Swiffer or something easier to mop the floor. And more dish washing detergents. OH! The dish washer had to be run with clean water a couple of times because it had an odor that would fill the house. Perhaps before the next rental it should be run a few times and left open to eliminate the smell.

The location, every time we called the office they were very helpful.

Incorrect Wi-Fi password in portal, broken furniture, 2 living room chairs broken springs, 1 kitchen chair broken, peeling wallpaper, outside swings broken or rotten, landscaping not maintained, lights & ceiling fan on deck did not work.
