Fantastic brand new SPA area. Great spacious place for your bikes. Friendly staff. Great location for hiking and biking.

Stanza completamente in legno, arredamento di design, bagno separato dalla doccia con finestra. Colazione con una buona scelta di prodotti anche se le quantitá un po' limitate (c'era il rischio di non trovare alcune cose se non si faceva colazione all'orario di apertura del buffet). Cena con piú portate e porzioni giuste. Il servizio di buon livello e personale molto gentile e attento.

Good location in case of close distance to Cable Car. New SPA. Spa robes included. Very friendly and helpful woman at the reception. Free outside parking. Good wooden interior style in rooms.

- Extra small double rooms. Extra! Shower cabine is inside the badroom and isnt separated (only by shower glass doors). Washbasin is also inside the badroom - max 70 cm from the pillows :D No place to open luggages at ALL! - TV without TV remote - So we wasnt able to watch TV at all. - WC is near head of the bad! Max 100 cm from the pillows. Extra strange feeling Btw :D - Blinds don't block out light. The lamps on the balcony glow all night! Without option of switching off - Totall disrespect for guests sleep. Cleaning lady opened our door at Sunday at 8.30 am without any sorry after. - Also from 9 am at Sunday employee of hotel started to cut trees by motor saw. - Extremly poor breakfast. Only ham/cheese for sandwiches, fruits, cereals and some croissants. - SPA is situated near frequently road, So be prepared to hear cars And motos traffic + also everyone from nearby hotels can see you. No privacy at all.

The spa of the hotel is very nice and location is very good as well . We had half board which was very good and well organised. Staff is very friendly and helpfull.

We had several rooms and one was closer to road so a bit noisy if window was left open and not possible to sleep with window open.

Amazing hotel! Should definitely be 4 starts, not 3! I was very happy I booked it, we had a wonderful time! - Rooms are modern, especially by the alps standards. Not very big but more than enough for a comfortable stay - Huge balcony with a breathtaking view - Great SPA - it’s a separate building (like 15 meters from the hotel) with a big outside pool & separate jacuzzi, 4 saunas and a very nice relax area inside. It’s very beautiful, the saunas have huge windows facing the nature, the lounge has soft loungers, and you can also have some tea and apples there. Honestly, the SPA alone is worth booking this hotel. - Individual ski lockers - Very tasty 6 (!) course dinner! It’s an unusual concept cause you don’t choose your meals: there is a buffet with some starters and then they serve you 5 dishes (different every day). You can skip some of them, or you can ask for an alternative if you don’t eat something (I saw them serving vegetarian options for some guests). Everything was delicious! - Very nice and friendly staff - 3 minutes from the Ski lift and 1 minute from the bus stop if you need to go to another Canazei lift! Perfect location - they also serve some free snacks (pastry’s) and tea / hot chocolate at 4:30pm, which is a nice bonus

- The only thing that I think could be improved is the breakfast: I’d love to see more hot options (they only have scrambled eggs & bacon), as well as some cold cuts which don’t contain pork
