All staff apart from manager was very nice and polite.

With all inclusive option you have only one bar which is at the restaurant. Snacks between meals are very poor ( popcorn and tiny wraps which aren’t top up when they finish ) . This hotel has two bars ( one at the restaurant where you don’t have to pay and one near reception where you have to pay ) At all inclusive bar , it says that with all inclusive wrist band after it that bar is closed ( 10 pm ) you will have two drinks free of charge at the paid bar between (10 pm and 11 pm ) when we questioned a manager , this lady said that it’s not like this and it is her mistake but she won’t do anything about it and walked away .

Everything! It’s a nice, quiet village-like hotel with rooms not facing the main road. The food was delicious and each evening had a theme night with a certain type of cuisine. Among them I liked the most the BBQ night. The all-inclusive option is an excellent value for money, the cocktails were very good and the bartenders were always there. The staff was very helpful. Also, I had read the other reviews about this property and it had been noted that there were no signs for allergens - now there are those kinds of signs. The hotel had an evening with live music (greek style) which was very nice; during the daytime there were certain basic fitness activities which were very good options for those concerned about the amount of tasty food… The hotel has a very nice policy for those who checked in late, allowing for using the all-inclusive options during the last day while waiting for the taxi to the airport. It’s a big plus.

The water in the pools is a little too cold for me, but other people seemed to be ok with it. Also, there is only one lifeguard for all the pools, and sometimes kids behave very dangerously and the lifeguard does not notice their behavior. A small disadvantage which could be easily improved and add a value for this hotel would be the presence of a small gym (because the food is way too good and it’s hard to not overeat). The next thing is not about the hotel. The small town of Agia Marina is not very lively, it’s mostly hotels and tourist shops. There is nothing to do apart from being in the hotel, therefore it is important to take it into consideration while choosing this place. It’s perfect for kids but there is no nightlife whatsoever…

All the staff members were extremely polite, helpful and careful (I would say it was one of the best customer service we have experienced). The room/apartment was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds, a kitchenette, etc. The pools were clean and 2 of them were for kids (unfortunately we had a rainy day in the middle of our stay and after that the water was too cold for our kids; also the water slides were very nice. The restaurant was spacious enough, we got a table every time, no matter the hour we served the meals. The food was very good and we had everything (a lot of main courses, snacks, vegetables, fruits and very good desserts) The outside playground, the 'art corner', the boardgames were very useful during the rainy day or in the evening.

The all inclusive drinks were poor quality (only the beer, the orange juice and the water were ok in our opinion; the others tasted very artificial - we've tried only 2 cocktails and the refreshments drinks). *On the other bar the drinks were excellent. The indoor playground was not open and we couldn't use it during the rainy day as it was mostly used by tui travel agency (i hope i understood correctly); however after asking at the reception, the playground room was cleaned and open in a matter of 1-2 hours.

Perfect solution for holidays with children in August.The rooms, which are actually apartments, are very cosy with two aircons (very important because the temperatures are soaring well above 30C) and are tastefully furnished. Nice bathroom with comfortable walk-in shower. We opted for all inclusive option and it was a good choice. Excellent staff, everyone was very friendly. Nice pool, with the slides for children and a large pool with lots of space to swim. Territory and the rooms are kept immaculate clean. Lunch and dinner are above average for a buffet. Huge selection for breakfast. 4 or 5 types of bread and 3 types of breadsticks

We only missed a better tasting juice and coffee. No mini-club provided but within walking distance there are plenty of places for children entertainment (mini-golf, bouncy castles, electric cars, etc), everything else was above our expectations.

Great stay, my kids love this hotel, the staff is very friendly and the room is cleaned every day, It's just a bit far from the city center

We were amazed by the variation and the quality of the food served in the restaurant. The hotel served a lot dishes from the greek cuisine, which we loved. We could taste a lot of greek dishes that you could find in a restaurants menu and the flavours were superb! Our kids loved the pools and waterslides. We had a room by the main pool on the ground floor, which was very convenient with the kids. We stayed at the older part of the hotel buildings, which has a lot of greenery around🙂 The hotel buildings, gardens and overall territory was beautifully maintained ja very clean. Hotel staff was always very polite and nice to us. We liked that the hotel was close to the town. Our room seemed newly renovated and was cleaned every day. The bathroom was extremely small, with the door open, but it was no big deal for us🙂
