Расположение отеля - 10 из 10. Рядом к Сухому мосту и ко многим достопримечательностям города. Плюс он расположен на тихой улице без лишнего шума. Процедура заселения удаленная и очень простая. Сам отель новый, чистый и красивый! Номер у нас был небольшой , но очень уютный со всем необходимым. В отеле есть безлимитная станция с чаем, кофе и даже нутеллой) есть рабочая зона для удаленщиков. Wifi летал. И общая уютная зона для отдыха. Цена тоже приятно удивила, по сравнению с другими отелями в городе. Вернемся сюда еще!

I arrived at 3am to no staff on site, which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Self check-in was not workable in practice. I have a back injury and couldn’t carry luggage up the stairs. It took more than half an hour to get in, with zero assistance. The room had no heating in 6°C weather — the AC was blowing cold air upon arrival. After staff checked, I asked whether an upgrade could be considered, which was approved. The problems continued in the new room: still no proper heating, hot water taking 4 mins to come through, half-used toiletries, and a shower with no door, causing the entire bathroom to flood after use. Instead of resolving the issues, the hotel turned the situation around — falsely accusing me of “aggressive behavior,” pressuring me to cancel and deal off-platform, and threatening eviction when I insisted on staying within the platform. After finally settling in around 7:30am, I clearly asked not to be disturbed and said I would address everything after waking up. Despite this, staff came at 12:30pm to clear the room, even though I had 3 nights booked. The reservation was then unilaterally canceled by the hotel, followed by fabricated accusations (claiming I pressured staff and disturbed other guests at check-in). I asked for verification via security footage. Silence. Bad facilities are one thing. Intimidating a guest and rewriting the facts is another. I felt unsafe and unable to rest, and lost an entire day dealing with the situation.

This hotel is treasure in the center of Tbilisi. Best location. Maximum comfort. Helpful staff. Most professional manager in Tbilisi. You just feel yourself at home. Thank you so much. We will be back 🕊️

お部屋やホテル内の共用部分が美しく、清潔でした。 ディズニープリンセスみたいなテイストで、ホテル内にいるだけで心が満たされました。 ベッドの寝心地がとても良かったです。 ワークスペースや無料のウォーターサーバー、コーヒーマシンもあり、食器も使うことができたため助かりました。 私の重い荷物を運んでくれたヘルパーの男性が献身的で、素晴らしい方でした。 フロントの女性もフレンドリーで素敵な方でした。 立地が良く周囲は人通りも多く安全でした。 せっかく泊まるならスイートのお部屋をおすすめします。内装のデザインが素敵で、とても癒されました。 ぜひまたこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

Все очень чистки, культурно и понятно, выслали инструкции понятные с объяснением где все находится, как попасть в отель, расположение. Очень тихий отель, никто никому не мешает

Muy agradable, el personal es muy atento, la limpieza es muy buena y esta en una zona donde puedes llegar a todas partes caminando. Tienen una zona donde puedes tomar café o té ilimitado, las áreas comunes son muy limpias, sin duda me hospedaría de nuevo!
