All very bad with this company! Especially if you lost key card - 1 or 2 days you can’t go inside room

The location was good.

There is no airflow in the apartment so there was mold. The property refused to do anything about it during our stay.

Nothing

Everything, for starters the bedroom key was in the “lock box” which was open, along with all the other rooms which were open, only problem is they all seemed to have 4 keys and mine only had 1 suggesting that someone else had the others, I contacted them about this and they told me they would drop them off but didn’t. I then got to my door to see it had a hole removed where the lock sits, pairing this with the fact someone else clearly had the keys somewhere I contacted Lofty once more to tell them I don’t want to stay there for the week as I don’t feel safe and to my suprise they didn’t do anything to compensate. The grounds were also dirty and poorly lit in the evening, this is despite having to walk through 2 dark alleys to get to the apartment which resembles something from a 1970s hotel horror movie. I 100% would not recommend this to anyone travelling alone. To top this all off I went round the corner and paid for a new hotel for the week which was on the other end of the spectrum, for £100 more they couldn’t do enough for me and was very accommodating, unlike Lofty. Lastly, Lofty assured me they had the spare keys and I was safe to go by their word, until the last day when I didn’t return my key and they contacted me saying they couldn’t get in as they don’t have the keys. Weird? I returned my key in the end but just goes to show it was a lie from the off

The condo was very well equipped with a complete kitchen and even a washing machine. The TV was very modern and had several channels and connections to Youtube and Netflix. A big comfortable bed and a sofa which could be used as un extra bed.

The location could have been closer to the beach and there was a sign about a restaurant which was not correct. The trash cans outside had different colours, but we could not find out which kind of trash should be thrown in each colour because the text was all in Thai letters.

Good balcony, was very clean, nice bathroom and kitchen had everything you needed.

Was a lot smaller then expected, lack of table area & the bedroom curtains wasn’t long enough to block out the entire window which was a lack of privacy and early sunlight which wasn’t ideal. Also the double bed was two single beds which kept separating.
