Clean and comfortable apartment in a nicely-maintained building. Very convenient to the train station. Well-appointed kitchen although I did not make much use of it. Communication with management was good.

Strong perfume scent in the building lobby and stairwells. Refrigerator motor noisy and bothersome. Minor concerns really.
