Turtle BAY 10

It was very clean and pretty. The beds were comfortable and the rooms large and airy. It was a short distance to many restaurant choices and the beach. It was quiet and away from all the clamor of the downtown area.

For someone who has trouble with stairs, this would be a problem. You go up one flight to the front door and another flight to get to the main bedrooms. There were no Kleenex boxes available which would have been nice. The main view from our unit was the parking lot and other units. There was a very small glimpse of the water if you went out on the balconies and looked far to the right.

Location wa good. The kids enjoyed the pool. My uncle loved the pier.

Communication to check in was awful. We got our hopes up when we were told that they would try to accommodate an early check in but we kept asking and they kept ensuring us “we would receive a text when it was ready” we never received a text so we went at 4pm.. seemed ready other than no one ever collected the dirty linens from the previous guest.
