No professionalism at all. I've booked and paid for 8 people on the 25th of March and our trip was on the 7th and 8th of Nov. Went to checked in, got all 4 room keys and left my baggage in one of the rooms. Just be be called a couple of hours later and to let me know there was a double booking by someone who paid in previous week. The owner, Petro didn't even tell me herself that my booking was canceled. I had to find that out on booking.com. So after numerous phone calls we realized that we don't have anywhere to sleep anymore and went to the guesthouse to fetch our stuff, just to see that they removed our bags from our room and left it in the foyer. No first come, first serve policy. It turns out the people who ended up staying there paid R400 more than us. (R100 per room) This is the worst experience I ever had. I do not recommend this place at all. They have zero professionalism and will bump you as they see fit even if you've paid months in advance.
