Acomoda muito bem até 5 pessoas, limpo,tem todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar , a vista é espetacular, acesso rápido e fácil a praia, estacionamento em frente ao prédio. Apto grande.

The location) Eme is uchbetter than overcrowded Copacabana!) , the view on the ocean from the window, the beach at 50m,, the vicinity to all popular Rio main attractions by 15-20minutes drive, and the attention of Flavia. She told us about free events associated with carnival like the pre-carnival at the Sambodrome, and the Bloco in front of the apartment making our staying unforgettable! Thanks! I would gladly go back!

As improvement, it would be ideal to have few basics necessities available: salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil and laundry detergent. There are a lot of markets and ferias all around and it would be great to cook some nice dishes but... Nobody wants to buy olive oil or spices for a 3 days stay. Same for the laudry: there s a washing machine but at the moment of using it, we realised there was no detergent. As said, just few basics and maybe a bottle of water in the fridge at arrival.

Just across from the beach, easy walk to Copacabana. It was clean and easy to find. Rafaela was kind and helpful with her recommendations. You are close to supermarkets and some good restaurants. Moreover, if you ever do a tour you are the last to be pick and then the first to be drop given the location.

The idea of paying like a security deposit or paying the cleaning fee for separate instead of including it in the reservation through booking. Moreover, they can’t hold your luggage if you have a late flight, however, where helpful in providing a link to reserve else where. Lastly, some of the kitchen cabinets are not in good conditions, I encourage them to restyle the place as they could maximize it.

The apartment is located at the beach front with a great view over Copacabana. The host told us it has the best sunrises, but we liked the sunsets more, honestly. The host was amazing, although not speaking English - she met us as soon as we arrived and was in time when we had to depart to the airport. Their flexibility is amazing: our flight was arriving to Rio at 7:00am, so they allowed us early check-in for ~50% of the night stay and when our 7:00am departure flight was delayed by one hour, they also allowed us to check out later on a short notice, too, without any problems. The apartment is rather big to host 5 people and it has 2 showers, which was a great plus for our large company. The general location is great - with convenient taxi rides for most attractions and a lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets in a walking distance. The Copacabana beach is nice both for walking and swimming, although we usually went out without our phones or other valuables to avoid accidents, as the favelas are not too far. The kitchen features a water filter, which is great as you don't have to buy bottles. They have a 24h security desk, so we felt very safe inside.

Not a complain, but it would be even greater if some consumables are provided: for example, washing powder, salt, oil or coffee-filters. They do not cost much, but simplify the things for the travelers staying only a few days a lot as you can't buy them in small quantities. Also not a complain, but some information that might be important for other guests: Copacabana has rather bright street illumination at night, and the sunrise is around 5am - so you can sleep best only in the second bedroom. The curtains in the main one with the balcony do not block all the light and the living room with the sofa is missing dark curtains at all. On the day of our departure we enjoyed a 10-minute noisy biker-show from the window at 3am, but I guess the hosts can't do anything about it. We've seen some small ants coming to the kitchen - this wasn't too annoying for us personally, but hopefully this can be fixed in the future. The apartment features a second elevator to go to the beach (to the rather dirty back street), which I guess is done in order to avoid the sand at the main entrance, but we didn't understand why we were not allowed by the guard to go out directly to the beach from the front door, while we are neither wet, nor carrying any sand on us.
