All is good

Sound coming from pub in night, so if room is sound proof then too good

We got a very amazing friend 🧡 name Stacey very friendly with us who work there .Also the very room is very lovely 😍 Our beds very comfortable 😊

None we were very happy 😊 with it .

Convenience and easily accessible from the car and to the room,room was huge!!Shared one each bed as two doubles!! Loved the fact the bar was just below us and no noise!!Slept really well Beds very comfortable.Had breakfast,extra but really nice.

Curtains were a bit difficult to move,needed to be repaired or a few more rail clips.Some of the pillows could do with replacing as well used!!Nothing else.

Beds were amazing so comfortable amazing night sleep and pillows were really soft too. Also staff especially Stacey the bar manager were really good very friendly and was happy to go the extra mile to help with anything was also very chatty to you and made everyone feel comfortable. Was also a very good price for the quality and the free parking just made it even better. Drinks were also very reasonable there especially for a good quality beer. Would come back here on next stay at Blackpool.

Shower had issues with kept going boiling and then freezing also the pressure was poor. Told the landlord and got onto it straight away within 1 hour plumber was there and sorted out the hot and cold problem but pressure was still poor. However they said they would he renewing the shower ASAP anyway. The only other thing was location is good but thought it was a bit closer to the promenade but only 10 mins away from town. Taxi are cheap anyway there.

One night was very loud music 🎶

Staff was friendly, room was clean and fresh. Nice pub itself which added bonus of a BBQ and a bouncy castle for the kids which was the icing on the cake.

Location was okay as we had car the food was great price and very tasty.our room was great . Bathroom was well equipped.

Only think I didn't like was having to use back entrance and having to walk through back of public house.

The room was amazing....2 large double beds...everything was clean....lots of towels......table and chairs to sit at...staff were very hospitable (JESS)

There was a smell from the down stairs cellar which was probably drainage but didn't put me off....it's a hey ho situation...these things happen
