Very clean, friendly, comfortable. good food. Spacious rooms.

Could do with a fridge.

Good sized rooms , very clean, staff are very friendly ,food excellent.

The family room was a good size and presented well and the price was good for what we got. We booked this room to visit the pleasure beach.

The lights on the outside of the building seemed attached right above our window, would suggest curtains that are fitted properly and black out. As the lights do light up the room at night. Aslo we got woken up at 7.30am by the window cleaner hitting the windows with the brush.

The room size is quite big and the bed is so cosy.

Walking through pub to rooms which smelt horrendous. Mixture of stale beer and body odour

Good location, free parking. Size of room and cleanliness. Friendly staff.

There were some boarded up windows and quite a few others that were cracked/damaged in the pub area downstairs. The clientele in the pub were quite loud when we arrived and were swearing, it felt a bit intimidating so although room was ok I wouldn’t return.
