AEI at Maui Banyan

So close to the beach. Clean room and great kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is a nice apartment and equipped with everything we need including washer/dryer. It is also close to the beach and convenient to walk.

Overall, we loved the room. But, be prepared to provide your own kitchen amenities. No basics at all like salt, pepper, oil, plastic wrap etc. Also, this is NOT small, 20-room property as is advertised. This is a huge complex w 250+ rooms. However, location was great, it was comfortable, clean, and the air conditioners were very nice.

Our condo was very nice and clean. Half a block to the beach was perfect.

We were very pleased with Maui Banyan Condo. It’s like living in your own place. Service was good. We enjoyed staying there.

Easy checkin at the office. Room was available prior to 4:00 checkin time at 3:00 so worked great. Room 305 was 1 bedroom with 2 bathrooms and well stocked kitchen/ bathrooms. Lots of towels, comfy bed, and dark wicker furniture. Great balcony with mountain and partial ocean views. They called mid week if want housekeeping done. Easy checkout directions, nice property in south Kihei close to restaurants and across street to nice beach park.

If you’re looking to do Maui on the cheaper side, the Maui Banyan Basic by AEI should be on your radar! Our condo ended up being the perfect accommodation for us, and it is situated in one of the best spots on the island! You’re minutes away from countless beaches, restaurants and little shopping centers. We had a great view of the ocean and a comfortable room. The condo does look a little outdated, but it was perfect for our stay. And the free parking was an added bonus!

The room was great. Had everything we needed even a cooler and beach chairs we could take to the beach. Would stay here again.

Property is older but nice. Pool was amazing! Nice to hit that after a day of running around. Bed needs replaced. Most firm bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on. Made it a bit rough throughout the week. Also, there’s a $100 cleaning fee even though all information states that it’s included. I asked but was told it was for cleaning during the week….COVID has all cleaning during your stay stopped. Then she said it was to replenish the supplies in the room. Other than soap that’s stopped too. Only two complaints I have.
