Coco-Mat Hotel Santorini

Simply amazing

I loved that the hotel was outside of the busy cities with a stunning view. The breakfast was amazing and inclusive of diets. The staff was so kind and helpful. We were given the benefit of the doubt when our small dogs would bark a little. All in all, very pleasant facilities, excellent rooms, very fast morning cleaning and a very private hot pool in our room that was the pinnacle of luxury. Thank you!

BEST BED EVER !!! I did not realise the hotel was connected to the bed manufacturer - honestly the best sleep ever. Great breakfast. Location is away from the main tourist areas - but it's a small Islandandeasy to get around.

We were not satisfied with the hotel. The whole place was run-down, everything was rusty. The jacuzzi didn’t work, the hot water was barely lukewarm, and the entire room smelled bad — like a damp basement. The breakfast was nothing like in the pictures: very little selection, not fresh, and it’s a joke that you have to pay extra for a cappuccino. Anyone who can, should avoid choosing this hotel.

Wir waren insgesamt zwei Nächte im Coco-Mat Hotel Santorini - eine Nacht nach unserer Ankunft auf Santorini und eine weitere Nacht vor unserer Rückreise nach Deutschland, nach gut zwei Wochen in der Ägäis und Aufenthalten auf Amorgos und Koufonísia. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und wurden vom Staff des Hotels sehr warm, überaus herzlich und sehr aufmerksam aufgenommen und betreut. Es war fast schon familiär. Unser ganz besonderer Dank gilt Dimitris Sotiriou, der extra früher zu seinem Dienst erschienen ist, um für uns die Umbuchung der wegen der seinerzeitigen Wetterverhältnisse ausgefallenen Seajet-Fähre nach Amorgos vorzunehmen. Das stellte sich als gar nicht so einfach dar, und wir waren mehr als froh und dankbar, dass Dimitri das für uns mit großem Einsatz und viel Geduld so super erledigt hat. Er „lebt“ absolut Kundenservice und Gastfreundschaft. Aber auch Panayotis und Eli möchte ich explizit erwähnen. Auch sie haben uns unseren Aufenthalt zu einem wirklich wunderbaren Erlebnis gemacht. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr sehr gern wieder und werden voraussichtlich etwas länger in dieser sehr, sehr schönen Location mit einem übrigens super Frühstück bleiben.

Es wäre schön, wenn auch nach 15.00 Uhr noch Speisen/Snacks und Getränke angeboten würden. Auch die Gelegenheit zu einem zumindest einfachen Dinner wäre toll.
