Lovely comfortable flat. Everything there that we needed. Parking was great and one of the reasons we picked it. Very close to Gunwharf Quay.

Tired property Floor had experienced a leak previously as kitchen floor is damaged (drops by 50mm when trodden on) Boiler hot water set to 35 degrees but after reading manual was set to 60 Degrees as is the normal

"Great property, great service, and a great stay"

The property was clean, modern and had all facilities that you would need. Complementary bottle of processco on arrival and the self check in service information pack was clear and straight forward. 5 minute walk from the main gunwharf shopping mall and restaurants. I highly recommend this property being an independent travel agent myself.

There were no negatives. Very good property and service.

"Clean, conveniently located, but a little ‘tired’."

Location and parking space. General layout of flat. Safe location. Very clean with tea, coffee making facilities and good instructions about how everything worked.

Bed was rather soft and bedding, although clean, was very old.
