Quirky, historical, unusual, attractive building and furnishings. Welcoming, relaxed, hang-out-with-owners-and-other-guests kind of feel. Accommodating to our dietary needs; made the effort to be creative with the vegan options. Also accommodates our two big vehicles on the property. The rooms became very hot during the night - if we had stayed more than one night, we would have asked for a fan, and I'm sure Francis would have made a plan. We had a memorable short stay. Convenient location, and Lydenburg looks like a town worth exploring further.
