De Ark Guest House

It's the second time staying in this guest house. We love the big room and its decor. All amenities provided. Very clean and comfortable.

The place needs some refurbishment. It's a bit worn down. Breakfast was disappointing compared to 2 years ago.

I had to write an online exam so it was critical that I had a place with patent wi-fi. I was able to connect and had stable wifi throughout. The room was stunning as is the property and breakfast. This was my second time here and will not be the last.

The roads leading into Lydenburg are atrocious, but then again, most roads north of the Breede River are!

Exceptional hospitality. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly people providing so much care and comfort to their guests. We've been given so many tips and information, it was a shame to leave next day. Room was very spacious with huge bed. We had a peaceful and quiet night. All guest house is decorated beautifully with attention to details and history. The decor of pub room is amazing, real wow effect. I can't express how thankful we are for such a lovely stay. Thank you so much for feeling like at home.

The whole facilitiy is stylish and full of nice nooks to spend some time in. The room was fabulous and breakfast up to standard.
