"Nice apartment but poor communication"

The property is nice, clean and in a good location. However, communication was lacking throughout our stay. The door is opened using a PIN code. No codes to the door were provided prior to our arrival. This was at 7:30pm. With a family of two young children and not knowing if we would be able to open the door to the property that night, this caused much distress. We were able to contact the property owner who provided us with the codes after about 40 minutes. The next day we arrived at the property and the codes did not open the door. Again after trying to call the owner between 10 and 20 times we able to get the new codes. The door code had changed without our permission and without any notification of the new codes. Poor communication by the building management resulted in much distress on two occasions and no compensation was offered for this.
