Spacious rooms, great shower water pressure and volume, clean room (guests have to remove own shoes at ground floor and wear in house slippers before going upstairs), delicious breakfast, hosts are very friendly and credit card payment can be used.

No elevators (not an issue if you're strong. Haha)
