Fuimos a pasar 5 dias mi pareja y yo y nos encanto el trato de Luisa, una mujer increíble y que esta siempre en lo que haga falta. La ubicación con respecto a la isla es muy buena por que esta centrado y para moverte en coche esta bastante bien. Ademas la terraza conjunta y el jacuzzi le dan el toque al alojamiento. Por ultimo, la cocina aunque sea conjunta con los demás huéspedes, esta bastante bien y todo es sensación de como si estuvieras en casa.

Para mi los únicos pero es que las ventanas de la habitación no aislaban apenas el ruido de la calle, parecía prácticamente como si las tuvieras abiertas. Y el otro es que entraba claridad aun teniendo la cortina echada, pero este es un problema menor ciertamente.

Nothing really all was good

Location convenient - a Small car rental highly recommended. They have on site parking, and is centrally located to majority of the main attractions. You can get to points of interest within 90 minutes, depending upon the ever changing weather. The staff is truly amazing!! Whoever the main lady is (I believe its Noelia), she deserves to be making top of salary range, and needs to be cloned from a hospitality standpoint. She went above and beyond any individual I have EVER interacted with at a place I've stayed. When they say cleaning days are M-W-F, they clean EVERYTHING! If you go there for no other reason, go there to meet Noelia. She is truly that amazing of a person.

Travel light. We booked this planning a 10 day trip post Madeira visit with two 25+ KG suitcases plus two carry-ons that had to be lugged up to the 3rd floor. Did make for a tight squeeze when suitcases not stored (note - there is ample closet space). If there's an issue with room (register/AC, bidet, etc), someone may not be able to assist immediately dependent on time.

L’emplacement est très bien. Piscine naturelle à proximité, face a la mer. Chambre avec balcon face a la mer. Thé, café et diverses choses disponibles dans la cuisine partagée

La literie double peu confortable. Attention , les chambres qui ne sont pas face a la mer donnent sur une rue bruyante. Le personnel de ménage qui se permet de prendre des petites choses sensées être sans importance.
