The staff makes you feel at home. They were very kind and helpful, especially Noelia and Luisa and all the persons who prepared the breakfast which was exceptional. The location was great to visit the island with a fantastic Ocean view and near good restaurants. Garoupas inn was our best stays in a hotel ever

Some of the best hotel views on the island!! Loved our balcony room. Amazing made to order breakfast every morning. Staff were always super friendly. Could access the whole island easily from there. Easy free parking. We were there for 8 nights and had the best time! Great value for the money we paid. Could walk to local market and cafe. Fun ocean swimming hole and lookout right across from the hotel.

Only tiny improvement could be the air conditioning unit working more consistently but was fine overall.

A small family run hotel (8 rooms) located right on the water in Ponta Delgada. The family and staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was not large, but very clean and very comfortable. Location worked very well for us - walking distance to several very good restaurants and easy access to routes out of town to explore the island.
