Very clean and well located.

Cutlery and cooking appliances could be better

Location was perfect, had everything we could have wanted for our short City break and check in/out procedures could not have been simpler or more convenient

a bit noisy until 9 pm aerobics lessons or someone banging on the ceiling until 9. Bed too soft. No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom. quite warm in apartment could have a fan for summer

Easy check in, great location. comfortable for a couple with 2 kids.

2 things would have improved our stay: 1. attention to detail - there was a dishwasher but no detergent, no shelves to place things in bathroom, full kitchen but no basics like sugar or spices. 2. I expected laundry in the unit or the building based on the pictures online. this was a bit misleading and missing on a trip with kids.

The washer and dryer, which is listed as an amenity, are not available. Host did not respond to communications through hotels.com. Upon calling them, we were told to send a message. Floors were creaking all over. Shower had no pressure.

location was really good, just opposite Tivoli Gardens, walking distance to metro, supermarkets, shopping, restaurants and bakeries. apartment was adequately equipped. the management staff were super helpful, even allowing us to checkin earlier as my kid was unwell upon arriving in Copenhagen.

wifi was quite bad; kept dropping and very slow. water pressure for the shower was very weak making showering a bit unpleasant but the management fixed it after we gave the feedback.
