This resort is absolutely amazing! Hands down the best thats way i always choose to go to goudini spa because everything is spot on

However the beds are rock hard. Not comfortable to sleep on at all. My back/body is in so much pain of those beds

Liked the pools.

The television not working after the maintenance guy fixed it.

The top pool was nice. The restaurant was nice and affordable.

The beds in the main room was terrible. We had to sleep in the 2 separate single beds instead. On our Anniversary!

The beds were very comfortable and swimming pools are exceptional. We also liked the vibey atmosphere at the main warm pool lovely music etc was nice. Shops are very conveniently located.

Our booking was changed from a Tulbach to a 5 sleeper rondavel by mistake by a Goudini staff member and we were only notified of this error when we arrived. All communication from Goudini and booking.com was for a Tulbach. This meant we were one bed short so one adult had to sleep on the couch which is hard. The manager Henlouw was very understanding and offered us a free 2 nite stay at the Tulbach for our next stay at the end of November to compensate us which we felt we deserved and was happy that he sorted it out. This is the first time in 40 years that we booking with them this happened and he addressed this oversight with the Head of Reception Ms Jacobs wjo also apologised for what happened with our booking. We hope Goudini will introduce measures to prevent similar ocurrences in future.

The rondawels were upgraded, very nice!

The reception staff are not hospitable, very serious. The rondawel was super far from the pool
