I liked the pools, and the rondavels size, made me feel like home

Location was excellent, enjoyed the peace and quiet in the evenings, no loud boom box music and rowdy behavior. Really enjoyed friendliness of staff and shop is well stocked I didn't need to drive off premises for anything. Overall it was a blessed few days. Already pl anning next visit. Thank you

We were a family of 3. There was only one small towel. We requested 3 towels but were only given again. No coffee no coffee. This was honestly a waste of money, a decent amount of money

The facility and the unit were good. I loved the layout and best of all the beautiful gardens and the restaurant

The fact that the units we ended up staying did not show on Booking.com when I enquired, as well as the layout of the area. Lastly, the afterhours number for housekeeping and/security did not work. no one answered my calls.

The accommodation was not very clean, and there were several maintenance issues. The hot water tap in the kitchen becomes boiling hot within seconds — I burnt myself quite badly. The shower also had water problems, suggesting that the plumbing needs attention. There were no warnings indicating how dangerously hot the water could get or that it might spurt unexpectedly. Additionally, the games room was poorly maintained and lacked suitable games for children, and the trampolines were closed during our stay.
