Hotel Zacatecas Courts

Todo muy cercas, personal muy amable

The rooms at this hotel is very primitive but my needs are simple. However there was no air-conditioning and no fan in the sweltering hot room. I asked for a fan and they said they didn’t have one. I also discovered the Internet did NOT work in the room although the hotel advertised the rooms had Wi-Fi. I tried several things to connect and it didn’t happen. Even in the lobby it was on and off. Wifi is absolutely necessary for travelers! Since I only spent about 10 minutes in the room I asked the front desk if I could cancel. I was told I had to reach out to Expedia. Expedia said I had to cancel with the hotel. It’s pretty clear both parties wanted me to pay for a six day Booking after spending only 10 minutes in a room. This is ridiculous and unethical! I am reconsidering ever working with Expedia again.

Nos han tratado bien la habitación tiene buena vista

Todo muy bien

No tenía control remoto la pequeña televisión, ocupamos plancha para cabello y tuvimos que bajar por ella y por el burro de planchar, solo tienen una toalla, piso laminado algo dañado por la humedad

Esta bien solo que no tiene aire acondicionado y el abanico de techo que tiene ya es muy viejo y se escucha mucho ruido por parte de la avenida que está de tras del hotel
