Great location to visit the peninsula and then travel south and east. Had everything we needed.

Not an issue.for.us as our children are older but be aware the stairs to the mezzanine level are steep. There is a stair gate though to close at the top.

"This was a true Icelandic experience!!"

Because of the remote location we were able to see beautiful northern lights. We also lived through a snow storm but the cottage felt safe. We loved the horses!
