My stay at Tbilisi Taberne Boutique Hotel was an absolute disaster from beginning to end. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, rest, or even basic hospitality. The staff (especially front office) were incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout the stay. They never smiled, barely spoke, and showed zero interest in solving any problems. The sound insulation in this hotel is practically non-existent. You hear absolutely everything: people talking in the corridor, street noise, conversations and TV noise from neighboring rooms, and even a strong hydrofor/water pump noise whenever someone uses water. It was impossible to have a single moment of peace or quiet. Sleeping properly here is almost impossible. The A/C did not work at all, they said it only cools the room lol. I had to request a portable heater.. The breakfast was extremely poor, with very limited options and low quality overall. This hotel completely failed to meet even basic expectations, let alone 4 stars.

The location was perfect!

The size of room was a bit smaller than I thought.
