Buena ubicación y parking propio.

Tuve que reclamar en dos ocasiones que hicieran la habitación: a las tres de la tarde aún no la habían hecho. Las puertas tienen llave en vez de tarjeta. Antiguo y desfasado. Personal poco empatico salvo el chico que nos recibió a nuestra llegada.

Breakfast could improve

We had a suite which was very spacious and super clean and which included a full-sized fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, sink and electric hob. The bathroom was spotless, had a big bath and shower, and included good quality soap, shampoo and bodywash. The bathrobe and slippers were a welcome touch. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel was perfectly located close to the train station, supermarkets, shops and restaurants and only 10 mins walk from the lake. The staff were very friendly, helpful and very sympathetic towards us as a result of our flight delay. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were cleaned every day, so you always ame back to a spotless space. The hotel was very quiet and I would definitely stay here again. Annecy itself is beautiful, and this hotel was a perfect base to explore the area.

The hotel was very difficult to reach by car due to a complicated one-way system that Google maps could not fathom. (Not the hotel's fault) We had to get a map from the tourist office, walk to the hotel, and ask them to plot the route so we could access the carpark. The carpark is underground and quite tight to manoeuvre.
