Uni88 Apartments Hotel

The central location, the quiet area, the size of the apartment, the cleanliness, the comfortable bed, and the private parking area. Breakfast was good (except for the low-quality bread), although it’s a fixed plate (no buffet or à la carte options). Most of all, we appreciated the manager, who was very prompt, kind, and helpful when we were unable to check in because the app was not working.

You depend on an app to check in and access the facilities and your own room. That means only one person has access. Tech is great, but this is taking it a bit too far. It would be much better to just give all the guests staying in the same apartment an access code. This would ensure everyone can get in when they need to, rather than depend on the person with the app (namely, the person who booked the apartment). Also, it would also ensure that if the app breaks, you still have an option B. The tables and chairs in the outdoor breakfast area were very dirty. No one thought of cleaning them by default, but only on request. It was an unpleasant surprise to see staff (or perhaps it was their friends?) smoking inside the restaurant. That is prohibited by law. To enter parking, you need to call a number (but fortunately, you don’t need to do the same when exiting the parking, thanks to a sensor that lifts the barrier).

Online check-in, parkování, masážní vana, velký prostor a velmi pohodlná postel a klimatizace ve dvou místnostech.

Kolem vany byly různé popraskané spáry na některých místech dost špinavé. Dřevěná deska kolem vany se odlepovala. Skříňky v kuchyni byly nakloněné tak ze vypadaly ze spadnou.

Funciona súper bien y fácil el acceso a la habitación y el check in y check out electronico. Muy cómoda y grande la habitación.

Düster, möchtegerne Glanz aber unfreundlich gestaltet, extrem laut (Türen gehen nicht leise zu), Fenster über Raucherplatz, das Bad ergonomisch und funktional völlig daneben, (z.B. beim Duschen ist das Wasser unter Kloschüssel geflossen, der letztere wurde sogar genau im Blick des gegenüberliegenden Zimmer platziert!!!). Das Bett quitscht und die Matratze ist extrem weich und ungemütlich. Dazu, möchte ich das Thema Verpflegung ansprechen: Es wird das Lokal angepriesen, das im selben Gebäude ein fantastisches Menü anbieten sollte... ...alles gelogen! Es gibt kein Koch (also kein warmes Essen tagsüber) und sogar das Frühstück wird erst ab 09.00 Uhr angeboten. Da musste ich schon längst weg. Ich möchte ebenso gar nicht wissen, wie der Frühstück ausschaut, wenn ich mir den verrauchten Raum als Location und die fehlende Charme in Erinnerung rufe. Das Frühstück, was im Endpreis inbegriffen war, musste ich mir woanders organisieren und auch zahlen... Für mich war Uni88 Apartments Hotel eine unangenehme Erfahrung. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Excellent helpful staff, special thanks to the administrator, helped with each of the questions. The hotel is clean, the air conditioning works, on the ground floor there is a cafe with delicious food and friendly staff. I can recommend this hotel. Sorry for my bad English
