River Palace Hotel

(1) Nice location with a view on Ural river. (2) Very good massage master Elena. (3) Safety level (security on the entrance, etc.)

(1) Poor water flow in the bathroom (8th floor) (2) Old styled design in the rooms, needs to be renovated

It was great as always!

Room felt like 1 bedroom apartment. Desk service is extremely cooperative. Nice location right next to Zhaiyk river.

Door keys instead of key-cards. Swimming pool & spa do not match the hotel size.

Hotel cómodo, con grandes instalaciones y servicios. Piscina interior y gimnasio juntos, piscina en terraza superior, etc. Desayuno algo inferior a lo esperado por su categoría.

Hotel is very nice. I was here 2 years ago and room have been renew and are nice. localisation look exentred, but you are near from several restaurant and shop is you walk 10 min.

This is just a personnal taste, bathroom are still done with cabin when now nearly all hotels have italian style. but water have no temperature variation and even if i was at 9th floor, i have good water preassure )).

Only the hotel location is very good, other than that, the rooms are very old. Four days after staying, I came back to the hotel through a non-booking.com website. They charged me exorbitant prices. Never stay outside the website.
