NZThe price is to high for this developing world style building. Its poorly designed building therefore price should be cheaper than this. There was also a night club in the building with base vibrating through the room until 2am. Over priced, but good location to city night market.

SGThe hotel is well located. Walking distance to the popular eateries, shopping mall and Jesselton ferry point (10-15 mins). The room was pleasant and bed was comfortable. Good WiFi connection. Good hospitality and services from the receptionists. They were informative and helpful for my queries and requests. Special thanks to Decki. The room was always clean. Thanks to the two diligent housekeepers.
Would be good to provide shampoo too.
