Colonial Inn Guest Rooms

It was a rather comfy secluded location not too close and not too far from the nearest town. The room was stocked with all essentials and restocked with little goodies which was greatly appreciated. Best of all, was the warm and friendly atmosphere.

The room was large, comfortable furniture, bed was really comfortable and very clean. Location was amazing, so peaceful and quiet. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Check in was simple. The filtered spring water was a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay there again.

There wasn't anything not to like

The room was large and well appointed. Everything was at a high level. Bathroom was excellent. The view through the picture window was stunning.

The location was a little out ot the way, but easily found with GPS, and the quietness was an extra and welcome feature.

Shower to more than 60 seconds for hot water

We stayed in the family suite / apartment. It was spacious and comfortable and meticulously clean, and has a verandah overlooking the garden and country side. Well off the main road and extremely quiet, with a fabulous dark night sky. It’s actually even nicer than the photos show, and only an 8 minute drive out of Yackandandah. It was perfect for our weekend at the folk festival.

It was quiet, comfortable and clean with real milk in the fridge. It was easy to find at night travelling back from Yackandandah. The owners Susan and Alan were kind and helpful. The view was stunning looking out of the window.
