As a female travelling alone i felt very unsafe at Fontanarossa Airport Home. His communication prior to arrival via Booking.com poor and he failed to reply to my questions and requests in a timely manner. On arrival, the location did not feel safe, the owner/manager was not helpful and became frustrated when he could not understand me. My room was on the ground floor and fronted directly onto the footpath and street and was noisy. The couple in the room immediately next to me were behaving in a strange way and looked to be affected by substances. I felt too unsafe and actually quite scared to stay here so as soon as i checked into my room, i contacted a hotel to reserve a room for that night, then ordered a taxi which arrived in about 20 minutes and took me to my new accommodation. It was a relief to be out of there!

This is really a good place to stay. Close to the airport and to the centre of Catania. The room is very comfortable. Christian is really a great host, friendly and helpful! Some additional equipment in common for cooking would be appreciated for long stays.

"I recommend those who wants to stay near to the airport and for cleanliness!!"

The very first things is, a very great location (if you’re looking to find near to the airport) 20 minutes walk and 10 minutes in Bus. It was super clean and the staff were very cooperative!!

There were issue with wifi, but it was because of the bad weather as said by the staff.

it was really excellent, very spacious and comfortable. There was everything we needed and nothing was missing :) The beds were comfortable and it looked even better than in the pictures. I recommend ☀️

"Super option before the flight"

Clean, large room with a comfortable bed. Kitchen available to the public,you can use tea coffee. Undoubtedly a great asset is super helpful owner,who informs you in detail about everything. Ideal place for a night before departure

It is difficult to get to the apartment on foot,due to the lack of sidewalks.
