"Worst experience"

Really worst experience, my booked room was banned on last minute when i arrived. They didnt inform me earlier regarding the cancellation. Very stupid explanation by the receptionist regarding the cancellation. I will not recommend this hotel...very worst. Booking.com need to select good hotels instead of this type hotel.
