"Grim, I wouldn't want anyone else to stay there & I'm used to roughing it."

Steps to apartment steep & in poor condition, banisters poor condition. Rain came through ceiling, had to put buckets & bowls along corridor, not a new leak!!! Electrical system kept tripping. Shower - water came out at the base instead of out of head. The whole place not fit for purpose.
