Warning for future guests – my third stay at this hotel ended in a very unpleasant situation that completely ruined my trip. I found myself in a position where I was indirectly held responsible and potentially charged for replacing equipment in the room for something that resulted from normal use and nothing was actually damaged. In the end, the issue turned out to be very easy to resolve – it only required simple soap and a sponge. What was most disappointing was the hotel’s approach, because instead of calmly checking the situation first, responsibility was quickly shifted onto the guest. I had stayed here before and even recommended this place to others, which makes this experience even more disappointing. After this experience I will not return and cannot recommend this place

Molto bella, bella e praticamente in Centro

La ubicación excelente, cerca de la piazza dei Signori y de la estación del tren. Habitación y baño impecables. Cama cómoda. La posibilidad de tener cafetera, tetera y nevera en la habitación facilita el tomar el desayuno allí mismo.

Las almohadas, están ya muy usadas. La habitación de beisbol un poco indiscreta al tener el ventanal en el techo dando a los vecinos.
