The property was beautiful. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious. Receptionist Sindi was very helpful and polite

In room 102, the air con was leaking.. even after fixing, the next day the aircon leaked again.

Breakfast was brought to us every morning and was amazing! The villa was perfect and the staff were very attentive and friendly!

Location wasn’t great, not much around. Pretty far out from everything, about a 15min drive to Seminyak Square and the Beach

The staff are absolutely wonderful, they will bend over backwards to help you with anything you might want. All the food available on room service is amazing, and very good value in GBP! The filtered water machine is a god send, and the staff will refill it anytime with no charge. The villa is very private and feels safe, but then Bali is generally very safe and everyone is lovely. So nice to have a pool all to yourself.

The facilities are great although its good to know in advance that some areas of the villa don't have aircon, the bathroom and the kitchen are outdoor, which can make some activities a little unpleasant in the heat of the day. The location is fine for getting picked up by tours/drivers, but you can't really walk anywhere on foot in Bali because of the traffic so it feels a bit isolated even though you're in a densely populated suburban area.

We loved everything about the property! The staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely and it was in a good location.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The facility is too old and things are not working properly.
