The hygiene level were really superb and all the towels and throughs were all well organised. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to book a short term accommodation for.

The location was quiet and pretty, above a bookshop with other small shops close by. It was well laid out and nice to have an extra bathroom.

The noise from an air con unit outside the double room was very intrusive- it went on all night. The other bedrooms were much quieter. We discovered our towels still damp in the tumble drier when we arrived so had to get them dry ourselves.

"There was plenty of space for 6 and it was a good location to rest our heads."

We were visiting family in Preston. The location was good and there was plenty of space for all 6 of us. The two toilets were a plus.

The carpet is old and pretty dirty.
