洗濯機や調理器具・食器が室内にあった点

予約・決済も終わっていたのにチェックインが出来なかった事前に届くはずのパスワード・キーワードも知らされず、予約番号すら認識されなかった有人の対応となり、システムエラーと伝えられるも必要な情報が入らず、困る度に有人のサポートをお願いする形となった部屋のiPadも充電不足で何も機能しなかったので、滞在中の時計表示も得られなかったチェックアウトすら部屋のパスワード入力しても受付けてもらえなかった
