お部屋が広くて、お値段も安く、洗濯もでき、浴室乾燥が付いているので朝には乾いていて、とても良かったです。

キッチンの食器用スポンジが汚かった。クレンジングや洗顔が無かった。

家族旅行だったので洗濯機があれば一度外に出ずに用事が済んだと思うと残念。トースターも欲しかった。

"長崎駅近くの、快適なアパートメントタイプホテル"

駅から10分ほど歩きますが、アパートメントタイプの格安の宿泊室は大変助かりました。部屋も清潔で快適です。洗濯機（乾燥機付き）もあり、洗剤もあり、助かりました。キッチンもフル活用しました。難点は…ごみを捨てるダストボックスがどこにあるのかよく分からず、部屋のタブレット画面（？）を通してお電話とチャットを試みたのですが、つながらなかったことです。（その後、ほかのお客様とすれ違って、解決しました。チェックインの時には、係の方にすぐにつながったのですが…。無人フロントであることを分かって宿泊したので、しょうがないとは思いますが、ダストボックスの位置の案内がもう少し分かりやすいと、よりよいと思います！
