EGIt was so big and clean but there were insects in the bathroom we got stings many times I don’t know if it was from them or from the garden we went to

KWThe apartment is huge in space and with good ameneties. Near the metro and bus lines and walkable to attractions and shops/restaurants.
The instruction for self check in is quite complicated and somewhat incomplete. We had a hard time opening and locking the door of the apartment because host did not include in the instruction that in order to lock the door, we need to pull up the door handle to lock it. It took us minutes to figure it out. Over the course of our stay, we had issue with the AC, it is always shutting down whenever we are also using the stove or the water heater and we had to communicate this to the host via email! The number it provided to contact them is useless as no one is picking the call or hangs the call. Also the shower ameneties like shampoo/shower gel was only 3 pcs and in a very small sachet which is good for 1 use per person and we were staying there for 4 days! Since the AC is only installed in the living room area, we had to open the door of the bedroom just so the cool air can go inside the bedroom since there is no AC inside.

Instructions for check in and identifying the property weren’t clear. Even within the building, it took us too long to find our units. Ask for clear instructions before arriving. Power kept going out. You can’t run the AC and the washer at the same time.
BRNot well welcomed by the host. Checkin not completed due to complications with the host. That was nobody to check us in. Nobody show up and the host did not answered the phone when we called back. We need our money back or we'll never use booking. Com Seen as it was a scam... Never checked in....!!! And we were charged on our Credit card Semestre like

There was a hole in the ceiling and the bathroom light didn’t work. An extension cord with a lamp had been placed in there. You could see they had attempted repair but we booked last minute and I appreciate there may not have been time to resolve this. We had trouble getting the login code, I think this should be sent earlier so that we have time to check and ensure we have it. The TV didn’t work. Despite these issues, everything else was great and I would stay again.
