El hotel maravilloso, el personal aún más! Recalco la amabilidad de Luis quién sabiendo que nos íbamos y teníamos que entregar la habitación a las 12 nos programó un paseo en carreta junto a Lucero para que nuestras hijas pudiesen disfrutar al máximo las instalaciones del hotel. El desayuno completo, rico y el personal muy amable preocupado de la limpieza y que nada faltara. Los alrededores preciosos, el hotel tiene de todo y más! para no aburrirse sobre todo si vas con niños, la playa de río maravillosa, la caminata y los animales bien cuidados (ciervos, burros, caballos, ovejas, cerdos, chivos y llamas) viviendo en un entorno maravilloso! Y la vista para que decir !! Volveremos !!!

No pudimos disfrutar la cerveceria y pizzas ya que día lunes cierra, quizás en temporada alta debiesen tener en consideración tener abierto todos los días.

El exterior, parque piscinas, playa de río, alrededores naturales es precioso!!

Al hotel y restaurant le falta renovarse esteticamente. Maderas oscuros y un olor a leña en la pieza, lo que nos dejó la rop apasada al olor.

Muy buena atención, muy buena ubicación, excelente vista al salto, muy tranquilo todo, lugar para descansar y disfrutar la belleza de la naturaleza. Estacionamiento frente a la habitación.

El lugar es perfecto, nada malo que decir, maravilloso, cómodo.

Ubicacion y contacto con naturaleza. Caminata por circuito de los ciervos.

Una de las habitaciones estaba en algunas partes sucia y con olor a humedad y "encerrado". El servicio en el restaurante no fue bueno y estaba lleno de moscas que no nos permitio disfrutar del almuerzo.
