I had a great stay at the Residence Inn in Eau Claire. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived—they really went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. Check-in was quick, and my room was super clean, spacious, and had everything I needed, including a full kitchen. The bed was really comfortable, and the whole place had a quiet, relaxing vibe. I also appreciated the breakfast each morning—plenty of options and a nice setup. The location is convenient, close to downtown and some great walking trails. Overall, just a really comfortable, easy stay. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in town.

Super clean rooms, the beds were really comfortable, full kitchen and full fridge, really friendly staff, housekeeping offered every day, very clean establishment. amazing breakfast!! Definitely will be staying again! Very great experience!

Convinced hotel doesn't change its sheets, I'll never stay here again. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member, travel weekly for work, & this is the most disgusting thing I've experienced. Pictures tell the story of what I found, staff didn't handle well.

The size of the room was very spacious and comfortable. Conveniently close to a COSTCO store.

NO ventilation in the bathroom. Bathroom smells can linger ... if you catch my drift.
